For nearly 20 years, I've helped organizations and people navigate complexity, change, and growth. My work has spanned supply chain, operations, transformation, strategy, and program leadership including leadership roles with Nike, Target, and growing organizations.

I've led in-person, distributed, and global teams, translated ambitious strategies into practical action, and worked through the real challenges of influencing across functions and leading without perfect information.

I also know what it feels like to reach a pivotal moment and ask what comes next. My own journey of reinvention has included international travel, language immersion, executive coach training, yoga, and intentionally designing a life that reflects my values.
