For almost 20 years, I've helped organizations solve complex problems, lead transformation, improve operations, and execute strategic initiatives. 

My professional experience includes leadership roles at Nike, Target, and growing organizations where I worked across supply chain, operations, program management, transformation, and strategy. I've led in-person, distributed and global teams. 

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to helping people navigate change—whether stepping into leadership, navigating uncertainty, exploring new opportunities, or redefining success. 

In recent years, I have also pursued my own journey of reinvention through international travel, language immersion, executive coach training, yoga, and designing a life aligned with my values.
